  1. 1.  DO NOT TAKE GOOD TIPS FROM REALLY HEALTHY PEOPLE. WHEN YOU GO TO A DOCTOR AND HE/SHE LOOKS LIKE HE/SHE IS GOING TO DROP DEAD OF A HEART ATTACK, DO JUST WHAT THEY SAY AND DON’T QUESTION ANY OF IT.
  2. DO NOT EXERCISE, THAT IS REALLY BAD FOR YOU. SIT ON YOUR BUTT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, IT’S EASIER. IT’S OKAY TO ACCEPT YOURSELF AS THE KIND OF PERSON YOU ONCE LOOKED UPON BACK IN YOUR YOUTH AND TOLD YOURSELF, “GEE, HOW CAN ANYONE JUST LET THEMSELVES GO LIKE THAT? I’LL NEVER BE LIKE THAT!”
  3. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT DRINK CLEAN, FILTERED, LIVING WATER BECAUSE YOU ARE MOSTLY MADE UP OF WATER AND YOU WORK BETTER WITH WATER. IT IS BETTER TO DRINK COFFEE BECAUSE IT GETS YOUR ADRENALS GOING AND IT’S OKAY THAT THEY WON’T WORK PROPERLY WHEN THEY REALLY NEED TO IN MY LATER YEARS. DRINK A LOT OF SOFT-DRINKS, FAKE SUGARED WATER (ASPARTAME, Etc) ESPECIALLY – SINCE THE “DIET’ TYPES OF SODA REALLY ACCELERATE A STATE OF OSTEOPOROSIS IN OUR STRUCTURAL BONES. THAT WON’T MAKE ME TOO MISERABLE. AND OF COURSE, TO REALLY HASTEN MY AGING AND QUALITY OF LIFE, DRINK PLENTY OF ALCOHOL ON A REGULAR BASIS BECAUSE IT WILL KILL MY LIVER.   4. DO NOT SLEEP ON A PROPERLY DESIGNED SLEEP SYSTEM MADE FOR THE STRESSES AND LIFESTYLE OF THIS DAY AND AGE. DO NOT PROPERLY RECHARGE FROM OUR 24/7 WORLD OF THE HIGHEST DENSITY OF EMF POLLUTION MAN HAS EVER LIVED IN. IF YOU DO SLEEP MORE THAN 6 HOURS, BE SURE TO EAT A BIG MEAL, ESPECIALLY WITH SUGARS AND CARBS, BEFORE YOU RETIRE FOR THE EVENING, BECAUSE IT WILL MAKE SURE THAT INSULIN WILL DISABLE THE BODY’S BUILT-IN RESTORATIVE SYSTEMS TO NOT CREATE GROWTH HORMONES (HGH). THAT WAY, THINGS WILL DEPLETE FASTER AND YOU’LL GAIN EVEN MORE FAT ON YOU’RE ALREADY LEAN, MUSCLE REDUCING FRAME. AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE TV OR RADIO ON IN YOUR BEDROOM OR SO IT’S EVEN HARDER FOR YOUR BRAIN TO RELAX AND REACH  NORMAL REGENERATIVE SLEEP STATES.
  5. DO NOT TAKE TIME OUT FOR YOURSELF. IT’S JUST A WASTE OF TIME TO PRAY, MEDITATE OR OTHERWISE TAKE BRISK WALKS OUTSIDE. IT IS BETTER TO RUN YOURSELF TO THE GROUND AND TRY TO DO IT BETTER AND FASTER TOMORROW. PLUS IT IS A BETTER STORY TO TELL OTHERS, SINCE YOU HAVE NO AVAILABLE ENERGY LEFT (‘BATTERIES ARE DEAD’) AND YOU’RE JUST NOT AVAILABLE TO DO ANYTHING WITH ANYONE ELSE.
  6. KEEP UP THE JUNK FOOD, EMPTY CALORIE, AND NUTRIENT DEFICIENT FOODS. IT’S CHEAPER, KEEPS ME WANTING MORE OF IT, AND I JUST LOVE HOW I GET TO WEAR IT AFTERWARDS TOO! AND MAKE SURE YOU SMOKE TOO! THAT REALLY HELPS EVERYTHING.
  7. DO NOT BOTHER BREATHING CLEAN, FILTERED, IONIZED AIR. JUST KEEP SUCKING MORE TOXIC AND UNSAFE CHEMICALS INTO YOUR LUNGS, WHICH ARE DELIVERED THRU YOUR BLOOD TO EVERY (STILL) LIVING CELL IN YOUR BODY.
